Hadrians Wall

This is has to be on everyone's list of walks to do.   A lot of the wall can still be seen.  The most popular part being Housesteads Roman Fort. Well worth a visit. 

Hadrians wall path is an 84 mile trail from coast to coast. 

Visit old Roman forts, steeped in history, take time to enjoy the views.

Popular sections of the wall are from Housesteads to Birdoswald, passing along some lovely scenery.
